During the autumn of 2006 Autograph Foodservice were invited to tender for the Catering, Vending, Cleaning and Pest Control services at Abbott Diabetic Care in Witney, Oxfordshire.

The client had stated that “Our aim was to be provided with a value for money service for ADC and develop long term supplier relationships. Various contractors had operated these services since the site had opened in 2000. By bringing all these services under one operator with a managed approach, we could see service levels increasing with costs reducing.

Autograph Foodservices were awarded the full contract of these services. As part of Initial they offered best value in all services and had a structured managed approach, which could deliver what was needed”.
