Autograph Foodservice have developed a healthy eating concept called Balance which incorporates a range of dishes using premium quality ingredients in sandwiches, wraps, salads, hot dishes and desserts, all freshly made on site. The Balance range is prepared by using healthy cooking techniques.
All dishes in our Balance healthy eating range have been analysed by our State Registered Nutritionist to ensure that they are nutritionally beneficial and clearly labelled with the fat and calorie content of each of the dishes. Colour coded symbols also clearly indicate foods that are low in salt and sugar and high in fibre.
