Jenny Shurmer,
our Southern Operations Director, with twenty-five years in the business, has been there, done it, and worn the T-shirt. From trained chef, through restaurant and catering management with Citibank, Gardner Merchant and Hall Ellison, and now eight years with autograph, Jenny advocates a no-nonsense approach, based on honesty and openness.
