Together with our parent company, Rentokil Initial, we take a responsible approach towards everything we do; and we think that the little things can mean a lot.

Our key performance indicators: such as CO2 emissions and water consumption continue to improve, year on year; and our zero tolerance approach to health and safety issues means that we see fewer work related accidents.

On the 2008 Dow Jones Sustainability Index, we have increased our overall score from 55% to 61% – well above the sector average of 46%. Our supply chain and occupational health/safety performances are also, both ahead of the average; and we are particularly pleased to see our environmental score increase from 57% to 71% year on year.
