Paul Daly,

our Managing Director, has held senior executive and board positions with leading companies such as Gardner Merchant and Sodexo; but with all his business acumen, Paul still draws on his front line experience as apprentice chef to Anton Mosimann at The Dorchester.

Rachael Venditti,

our registered Company Nutritionist, has a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management and catering, and a Master’s in human nutrition and public health. Working closely with the Food Standards Agency on workplace catering initiatives, Rachael has developed Balance: our bespoke commitment to healthy eating.

Caroline Lee,

our Food Safety Manager, is something of a stickler for high standards.
Since receiving the Ronald Williams award for best qualifying student, and becoming a voting member of the CIEH, Caroline has applied true professionalism and genuine approachability, in both the public and private sectors, to take occupational health, and food safety, to new levels.
