As a real ‘people person’ Anthony Liddy, our Northern Development Chef, is truly passionate about injecting life into the kitchen. When he is not motivating our own in-house teams to raise their game, he can be found working with Nigel Haworth, on match days at Blackburn Rovers. The Michelin Star inspired morsels that Anthony prepares at the weekend, fuel his passion for innovation and higher standards.
