The University of Derby lifted the lid on its brand new, purpose-built, eight million pound Business & Enterprise Centre in September.

With a little help from autograph, sixty very contented clients enjoyed an evening to remember – thanks to an inspired menu, courtesy of Development Chef, Anthony Liddy and Head Chef, Nigel Adams. In fact, so impressed were the Derby diners, that they demanded an audience with all of the catering staff – in order to express their collective appreciation of event catering at its very best.

The standing ovation was eclipsed, only by a very fitting conclusion to the evening: a little live jazz. Nice!
