In August 2007, Autograph Foodservice was awarded the contract for the management of catering, vending & hospitality services at United Utilities Plc. following an exacting tender process.

The incumbent catering companies were Sodexo, who managed three sites. Another seven sites were managed by Eurest.

Autograph Foodservice commenced operations on October 1st and immediately implemented a seven week mobilisation process. 

Autograph Foodservices now manage a multi service contract with additional services provided by sister companies within the Rentokil Group. The lead manager of this contract is our Account Manager.

We are proud of what our team has achieved to date at United Utilities:

• This ten site catering contract, spread over a large area, with 3 remote locations, was successfully mobilised.
  
  
• The contract was running at nil cost, achieving budgeted margins, with all opening costs absorbed, within the first three months.
  
  
• Patronage levels have increased across the estate with a resultant 12% increase in sales.
  
  
• We have created a close working partnership with UUFM management. Our lead manager attends all monthly meetings, and has integrated fully into UU FM team.
  
  
• Hospitality trade is increasing and we are now servicing tenanted buildings
